Providing Contract Management Support for the project. Katipati is a Barrage Project constructed near Donwada Village on Purna River. The having gross storage capacity of 8.24 MCM and irrigable command area of 800 Ha.

Carrying out Detailed Design Engineering and Preparing Bid documents for the Contractors. Harsi-Mohini SHEP is a dam toe hydro project. The main project components envisaged are; Penstock, Surface Powerhouse, Tailrace Tunnel built over the irrigation canal

Serving as the Owner’s Engineer and carried out due diligence
of Pre-Feasibility Report submitted by the appointed consultant.

Conducted a Detailed Assessment and reconciliation of concrete
and excavation quantities for both Power House-1 (PH-1) and

Carried out Due Diligence Studies & prepared Construction Schedule for the 900 MW Arun-III HEP, Nepal. The project consists of a 70m high concrete Gravity Dam with Five Sluice Gates, four underground Desilting Basins, a 9.5m dia., 11.74 km long HRT followed by 9.5m dia. two steel-lined Pressure Shafts and four Penstocks, an Underground Powerhouse housing 4 TG units of 225 MW capacity each, a 192 m long, 10 m dia. Tailrace Tunnel and a 300 km long 400 kV Transmission Line to India.
Package C2: Carried out Rate Analysis for BOQ items due to scope deviation in respect of Package C2, Arun-III HEP, Nepal.
Package C5: Provided Contract Management Services for the execution of Package C5 (Hydro-Mechanical Works), Arun-III HEP, Nepal.

Provided Contract Management Services for the Project. The Project consists of Reservoir, Surface Penstocks, Surface Powerhouse housing 2 Units of capacity 35 MW each and a Tailrace Channel.

Provided Project Management Consultancy services to the Project. The main Project components are Concrete Gravity Dam, Head Race Tunnel, Surge Shaft, Underground Pressure Shaft, Surface Powerhouse, Tailrace Tunnel and Transmission Line.

Reviewed the Detailed Project Report (DPR) and cost estimates, and conducted thorough due diligence studies on hydrology, power potential, geology, and risk assessment to ensure project viability.

Review of Estimates for the Dam Rehabilitation and Improvement of Project (DRIP) Works for the NTPC’s 800 MW Kol Dam Hydroelectric Project in Himachal Pradesh.

Prepared Construction Methodology and performed Rate Analysis for Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) for 800 MW Ratle HEP, Jammu & Kashmir. The main components of the project are – Reservoir, Roller Compacted Concrete Gravity Dam, Pressure Shaft, Underground Powerhouse, Surge Chamber, Tailrace Tunnel, Pothead Yard, etc.

Carried out Review of the Contract for Package – I (Construction of Powerhouse Cavern, Transformer Cavern, Tailrace Tunnel, Switchyard Foundation, etc.) and Package-II (construction of HRT, Intake, Surge Shaft, Pressure Shaft, etc.) in respect of the 500 MW Kundah Pumped Storage Project for Patel Engineering Ltd.

Carried out the Review Works for Khadakwasla Dam – Fursungi water Tunnel Project. Also, we had prepared the Construction Methodology for Concrete Face Rockfill Coffer Dam for the Project. The Project was aiming to carry water from the Khadakwasla Dam to Fursungi Village through a 34 km long water conductor tunnel.

Carried out Due Diligence & prepare Dam Construction Schedule for the 2000 MW Lower Subansiri HEP, Arunachal Pradesh. Subansiri HEP is a run-of-the-river Project. The Project consists of a reservoir having capacity of 205 MCM, 133 m High Gravity Dam, Head Race Tunnel, Pressure Shaft, Underground Powerhouse, Surge Chamber, Tailrace Tunnel & Switchyard.

Carried out Due Diligence studies for Boniyar HEP.

Provided Contract Management Services for the construction of Hydro-Mechanical Works of Naitwar Mori HEP, Uttarakhand. The main project components Barrage, Head Race Tunnel, Penstock, Surface Powerhouse, Tailrace Tunnel, etc.

Provided Contract Management Services for the 20 MW Kollimalai HEP, Tami Nadu. The Project mainly consists construction of Forebay, Power Tunnel, Pipe Tunnel, Gate Shaft, Surge Shaft, Valve Huse, Penstock, Powerhouse, Tailrace Tunnel, etc.
